A really memorable and charming game but I had problems with it.

Art is pretty great for the most part.

Music is very memorable if I hear the ost somewhere else I will always know it´s from this game.

Sex scene had a lot of kinks and I liked the cum countdown I makes the scenes feel shorter even if they are not.


Now I will talk about the story and charcters where a lot of my problems are. So if you haven´t played it I would highly recommend try it before reading more as I will spoil a lot, it´s definitly worth it.





Keisuke is an okay MC but I thought more would be done with him.

Nemu is very cute I really liked her, I would say it was pretty obvious that she wasn´t evil there were enough moments which have shown that, but I was still surprised how much I actually liked her definitly my favorite character. But the ending felt very unsatisfying, I would have much preferred it if she hadn´t lost her memories it would have been more romatic and feel like a proper conclusion.

Kanae I was surprised that she turned out to be the villain, it made her character a lot better, but still not good, most of the time she was the fake boring childhood frind love interesst and the other time the super evil scientist. Her end wasn´t explored enough I didn´t feel anything when she died.

Rinne I liked her at first, then disliked her then just felt sad and pity. But her ending in the story was so unsatisfying like she is just left there and that´s it. It felt abrupt and I just wished there was more.

Natsuki she is very boring, her twist that she is the super soldier wasn´t surprising at all, like she always had to die from drowning, except her route where she was saved because she was unconsious underwater and that saved her? And it was the only route where the soldier didn´t appear and she was good at fighting because she watched action movies? It was a too obvious. But even with her revealed as the masked women she was just boring her ending to the story was meh, she helps you and has quit working for the evil organisation and that´s it nothing more.

Rika felt like a side character, like she didn´t really appear at the end of the story either she was just gone. I didn´t like her either she was too bratty and selfish, I wouldn´t have minded it too much but it was way too much. Except her own route she was likeable in that but every else no.


I would say the story is just too messy, it tries way too much, the rape game, the killing school game, the destroyed school ruled by nemu, the cult, the virtual reality, the fake memories and perception, the paradise, the evil rich people responisible, the evil organisations which have rivals. Each of these things could have been a own story but here it all just feels meshed togehter and some work and other don´t. The biggest problem is that it didn´t get a real conclusion with any of the story elements, the cult for example was really underused.



But I still enjoyed the game a lot, and will remember it´s story, characters and atmosphere, just wish it could have been wrapped up better.

First a warning: there is scat content, which I hate. Luckily, it's only a couple of scenes, and this being a VN, you can just fast-forward through them.

Other than that, the game is very good: it's one of the few where your choices do matter, instead of simply working as a "Do you want to skip this scene?" button as in most novels that pretend to be choice-based when they aren't.

I particularly enjoyed the way that the game toys with you, the player: without spoiling anything, there was a character that I didn't want to hurt -or keep hurting-, but the game made her such an insufferable selfish brat that by the end I was desensitized to her begging and crying, and making up moral justifications for what I was putting her through.
And that's just one of the multiple available paths.

The art is good, and the character design is varied enough for most to find at least one of the girls attractive.

I'm only deducting 1 star because scat content should always have a toggle. Nobody should be forced to see that -literal- shit.

The H-scenes were pretty good, a bit much for me to be honest, but not bad. The story itself was... convoluted. I think overly convoluted and more than it needed to be. It had good concepts and good moments, and I did grow to like the characters especially Nemu, but I think overall... the story was just decent.

i rarely play game of these extreme genre, except this i only played Starless and that's too extreme for me I didn't like it.

the routes i enjoyed the most is Byakuya Rinne (best girl imo) and Hokari Kanae


h-scenes are great, fully voice acted, but it distributed between various different extreme fetishs so I only enjoyed some of them

i don't really like most of the endings, especially the bad ends, i mostly enjoyed the scenes where they go through the challenges, and even then I only enjoyed some of them, not all

the story is kinda all over the place? i don't really fully understand it

Byakuya Rinne is best girl for me, Hokari Kanae is second

again, i rarely play this extreme genre and this is just my opinion of the game

This game is so overtalked that it is not even funny. Just clicking, clicking, clicking. Sotry is boring, and trying to get all endings without walkthrought would be uber frustrating. Some scenes are extreme, but overall not very good. Pacing is weird, fetishes distributed nonsensically. If you want extreme hentai starless is much, much better.

Euphoria [Final] is a very intriguing mixed bag of a game.

Story is pretty interesting and unique. You definitely don't see this that often in these types of games. There is quite few plot twists which don't seem too At times though it seems almost ridiculous.
There is of course some weird behaviour that can be observed in the characters, but that's generally explained as you learn more about what's actually happening.

The sexual acts performed in this game are definitely not for people prefering vanilla stuff - it's on the rough side generally. There's quite the diversity of them and I can say I've seen some things for the first time here, which is also refreshing.

All in all I recommend this game, I wouldn't say it's a must-play but if you have some time and you want an original game (in a lot of aspects), definitely try this.

This VN is the gold standard on how to implement branching in a game. The choices you initially make lead to wildly different stories, and playing through each path subverts what you think you know about the characters and the main chracter.

I highly recommend playing each path in the order listed in the walkthrough in the OP. (Otaku Lair) Tip: Dedicate one 'page' of saves for each character's route, and save when you are prompted to make a decision. Doing this will make it easier to choose each ending when you restart from a previous save. The game also highlights choices you have previously make.

The content can be brutal and most definitely isn't for everyone. I probably shoulda put this disclaimer at the top of the review, huh? Well, the TL;DR crowd will be in for a bit of a surprise.

Holy shit. That game was intense! This game is not for the faint of heart. Honestly it wasn't that bad but it was a great game! The animations were great and the voice acting superb great job! If you're into demented sodomasochistic sex scenes this is for you. Dark but not too bad of a game.

A gem hidden behind an extreme porn game front.
The plot alone would have me recommend it to anyone who's curious, even if you're not into this type of extreme porn, you can hide anything too extreme to your liking in the settings.
Even though this is my favourite vn yet, I can only rate it 4/5, it has its flaws; mostly a few plot holes when you start digging into it.
On the other hand, the music, the voice acting, the amount of content and variety when it comes to fetishes, the character development whether you love or hate them, are all great.
This one will definitely make you feel something, it's the only vn that left me with post-plot depression for about a week.

I’ll try to keep it short… I haven’t played too many VN’s.. mostly shorter mid-tier hentai ones, so this is pretty much my first proper AAA quality VN that was fairly lengthy to my taste. I did eventually lose focus and started skipping a lot of text.. I get bored of reading no matter what are the contents.. idea of reading just gets tedious.

Anyhow, essentially we get a visual novel that is mixture of a horror movies Saw and Cube, but porn edition of course. Characters wake up in a weird ass institution, where they have to do various acts in order to progress and survive. That part of the story is straightforward. As the story goes on, you learn about characters, get closer to them in bonus games whilst keep thriving for escape….still fairly simple. Now from there on.. story gets really weird and confusing…. where I had hard time understanding of how much was real there and character growth/progression also went all over the place from there on forwards…. So moral of the story is, even though it gives you fair bit of mystery, horror and enjoyment, it also becomes way too questionable and confusing so best I could do was fit the gaps to my liking.. but as whole… it went just a bit too tedious for my taste.

Characters… well we have great kind caring teacher, spoiled little brat, classical loving childhood friend, a quiet one and a thot with screw looses. Each of them have their pros and cons and for the most part most routes give enough of story about them to grow into them or hate them… and most of them get enough attention with scenes and plot points. So as far character quality goes, I think they were pretty great.

Lewd aspects… well.. it had some great fap material.. but at the same time… mid-scene or some scenes as whole kinda started gutting me slowly where I lost the mood…. also.. their voice acting after certain break-points became something of a comical value where just noises were ridiculous.. but overall had some fun time and had some bad time. I’m not exactly into extreme stuff like that…

Overall.. I think this VN offers plenty of intrigue with story, some interesting kinks and scenes to dwell into and character options and routes offer some fun for everyone.

One thing I loved was the functionality… selected options were marked, so you could easily skip dialogues of stuff you already seen. Great options menu with plenty of options for saving, game functionality and good sound settings… gallery, scene etc… menus were also nice to have.

Strong stuff, dont take it easy.
It is a good game, i liked all the Girls, only Nemu was a little bit too brutal. But she is cute, no Question.
Most kinks are nice and rare, peeing and scat are not my thing but I have no Problem with that and the Art and Style of this game is a rare gem.

About killing, I think only bad people should be killed in a game! Or the MC must have the Choice to save the people, even if it cost his own life. I like hard bdsm play, but seeing one of the cutest girls burried in the concrete of the Bathroom floor and MC only fucks her instead of giving her water and something to eat. Especially making plans to free her like I would do!

Thats my only con for this game. MC is a weak Asshole , he didnt care and does not enough for his girls and there are a lot of unlogic game scenes.

Story, sound, originality, voice acting, grammar and amount of content is very good, renders and animations - ok for mere visual novel. Playability and performance also ok. No bugs.

Short review: If you are into Extreme Porn, meaning Ryona/Scat/Snuff, Euphoria is a must play. If you can stomach Extreme Porn you might want to play it for the story.
The best route order if you want to experience everything is:
Makiba->Natsuki->Rinne->Nemu->Kanae

Euphoria is really 2 games. An Extreme Porn Game with excellent scenes and voice acting, and a Visual Novel with an absolutely bonkers story.

The first is great, if you are can stomach extreme content. There's a censor mode for "gory/feces CG variants", but those only hide the art, the content is still there. The Voice acting is absolutely amazing, and the scenes are quite long.
The art is good and there is great variance of scenes, almost all involving some sort of fetish.
If you are into extreme stuff, ryona, snuff, scat, the game is worth playing for this alone.

But Euphoria is also a story VN. And here the evaluations is more tricky. 3 out of 5 routes in the game lead to essentially filler endings, that end up being little more than filler to the overall story. 2 of those barely give you any info on the story itself, aside from some foreshadowing.
Almost all of the real story happens in one of the routes, and only at the very end.
The game essentially becomes an entirely different story in the last couple hours.

While the two aspects of the game, the porn game and the story VN overlap, the game is absolutely amazing. There is a lot of neat foreshaodwing going on for some of the twists in the second part.
But only for some.
Once the story leaves the porn part behind entirely, it becomes a gigantic mess of info that was not set up, a bunch of bullshit happens without reason, and is overly convoluted.
Specifically:
But that doesn't stop Euphoria from having several amazing moments in its story, and it is better than 99.9% of all Porn games.

If you had the misfortune of watching the hentai adaptation, forget all of it.

If you haven't watched it, avoid it completely. This is the only hentai game I know of where the hentai adaptation actively ignores the plot and turns potential players away from a fantastic experience.

Euphoria has a reputation that proceeds it and is to be taken seriously. Rape, Scat, Guro, Mutilation, the whole nine yards... it's all in here, but not without good reason.

The Overall philosophical (and sociological) question being explored in this work is whether or not having extreme sexual preferences (BDSM or the previously mentioned extremities) inherently makes you a bad person.

I'll edit it once I've played the true route.
Currently w/ the nemu 5 times now. So far I recommend it cause these experiences are better found in games than being imitated in real life. What's impossible for mankind?

Amazing game, lots of content and different endings which will all blow ur mind! U get mindblown by every character dept and how they react/ change their psyche depending on ur choices. No other game sticked in my memory like this one.

Perverted as hell and truly great, amazing art and chara design, a good cast with diversity in personality, great voice acting, a lot of fetish more on the extreme side, an entertaining story that's one hell of a ride.

Most hentai fan know it for the anime adaptation but the vn is great too, a classic despite not being that old, definitely recommended !

Dear gods, but this isn't the game I was expecting.

It's really difficult to write a review here without straying into spoiler territory.
But this isn't a straight up fetish game. Don't get me wrong, there more than a fair share of fetishes, primarily sadism - but the strength of the game is it's multilayererd story.

This is not a game intended to be played through a single time. Reaching certain milestones unlock further content including, eventually, the "true" ending.
Be aware, this game is a serious time sink. This isn't a 3 to 4 hour game with a selection of 15 minute endings. I'd even go so far to say that some of the endings are nearly double the length of the main scenario.
Due to the way the characters' moods and traits change according to your actions each playthrough... even the "skip already seen text" doesn't save you that much time, as SO much new content is unlocked/triggered.

By the time you reach the "true ending", you'll come to feel a great deal of empathy for the main characters. You'll also come to understand just how wrong first impressions can be.
I read previous reviews once I had already started playing and thought "oh? feels? I've not really seen much of that yet". How wrong I was. The "feels" are definitely there and done really well.

The game does it's multi layered story exceptionally well. It introduces the "game" and it's rules. It introduces the characters and lets you play with them. Then it goes on to let you realize how your initial superficial view of most of those characters was largely wrong. Then it starts throwing seeming inconsistancies as you, only to explain them each away as you delve deeper.

Most porn games follow the usual tropes and are about as deep as a puddle. This game is as deep as a lake.

I can understand why people might be put off by the graphic violence at the beginning.
I can understand why people might not want to play a sadism/fetish porn game.
I can understand why people might not want to play a game requiring so much time.

To all of you thinking that... put your concerns away and play it anyway... it's definitely worth it if you're looking for something beyond quick fap material.
