It's been a long time since I've played it but

You work at an office or could even be a modeling company with one of the women you live with. I think the "mom" character. There's an assholeish male coworker and couple other female coworkers. There might've been some sort of hostile takeover but don't hold me to that.
The apartment has two or three other women you live with
The living room had a bedroom to the left and one of the rooms might have been a room that was getting repainted or renovated
I swear at one point it had an incest tag but got removed. Maybe it's back but I remember that being a whole thing.
If I remember correctly updates were slow and unsatisfactory
Like I said it's been years so it's a little fuzzy.
