Does this have to do with Ava Myers' house and Sophia being required to put slippers on? That probably has more to do with Ava being a control freak nutjob. I always take my shoes off at the door, but normally go around in socks or barefoot.

There are very few who don't like that attention to detail he mentions. I appreciate it a lot myself. What I take from his words is that it is extremely unlikely he will ever develop & lead a creative team. He's more comfortable working solo, or with occasional help, including all the 'speed' that entails. Any & all statements about having a team should be deleted & forgotten.
It's interesting to note his words about finishing a quality game in 10 years. Although this wasn't set as a sort of deadline it's a fact that 25-30 years, from start to finish, is now a plausible estimate at the current pace of development.
Also noticeable is the desire to create a modern good quality erotic story, rather than straightforward porn. This was what primarily attracted me to AWAM & why I continued playing. I enjoyed the slow burn & how different this seemed from so many other games, even as the quality of writing declined & roll-out got slower. Controversially perhaps, IMO, it has become only slightly differentiated from standard 3D porn, albeit with high quality renders & being much slower to start full-on action.
If after a while, I come back to this VN, I almost expect to see the stock progression of the 3D porn gaming world, from boob viewing to handling, (already in place), to HJ, to BJ, to pussy action, to full penetrative sex. It's like a schoolboy keeping score of how far he's got & it's not adult erotica.

Well there are valid medical reasons for requiring someone to wear slippers - if they're immunocompromised for example (I've had to on occasion when I worked in Aged Care), but nothing like that is mentioned - only that Ava wants, and whatever she wants she expects to get.

I don't think L&P would publicly admit on Patreon that Sophia would get worked up over being naked in front of some young boys. As far as we know, the sex ed storyline isn't even in DoL.
It's only a matter of time before the fun police at Patreon question why there's a storyline involving (what look like) young boys in an erotic novel at all.
Hello everyone. I still don't have the latest update but when I entered the game I just realized that at the end of the start menu it says "update", and when you click it it says "enter your login". What login are you referring to? Patreon?

Thanks, I know it's updated here but I was looking for an automatic update from within the game, that's why I asked. But I understand that the easiest thing is to update it from hereDon't use menu update in game.
