My thoughts on where Sam's storyline is going to end up - or at least where I would take it if I were suddenly given writing duties for the Sam plot - is that he and Sophia are going to accelerate their steamy affair, while at the same time, the growing popularity of Sam's band will draw Ellie's attention, and she and Sam will grow closer as well. It will all culminate in The Bed-Wetters doing a big concert, where Sam will debut a song that he wrote for Sophia, just saying something vague like "This is a song I wrote for a special girl in the audience tonight". Sophia will obviously be hugely touched by this, but Ellie will also be at the concert, and think that he wrote it for her (which maybe he partially did), and kiss him after the show, or maybe even a little more (which he won't resist).

Sophia will catch them in the act, and also notice all the new attention that Sam is getting from girls his age, his confidence now bolstered by his time with Sophia, and realize that what they had was a fleeting thing between a boy trying to discover his sexuality, and a middle-aged woman trying to rediscover hers. She will tell Sam that it's time for them to end their relationship (for real this time), and that she now needs to dedicate herself to saving her flagging marriage. Before they cut those ties, however, they have one last major league sex session which will be the big one that people are waiting for.

Ellie will end up with Sam, and Sophia will set to work rekindling her relationship with Liam.




I actually looked for DoL, because I wanted to maybe figure out a way to get the script into AWAM. Incest does absolutely nothing for me, but the Dylan storyline has potential if he were just Sophia's stepson or godson or something.

All that said, I couldn't even find DoL Part 1 on there, unfortunately, and based on some comments, other people were having a hard time finding it too.

Either y'all are wrong or my (unmodded, no cheats, save successfully imported) game is somehow bugged. Because i just confirmed for me it's choosing 'have sex with him' over 'give HIM the shaft' and carrying on through the game to the hottub scene with Sam which plays completely and then on to part II and the latest update, which also plays completely. This is like a 95% both filthy and lesbian playthrough. I've done this in a couple of saves with minor differences but the relevant facts the same, and i've never had trouble getting the full scene.

Just because i was curious now and to further clarify, attached is a brand new playthrough save file i just did following the branching i use to get the desired outcome of Sophia sleeping with Liam at least once while also getting the full Sam route and scene in the latest update. It's from just prior to creating the final import save. I've imported it and got the full Sam scene. Everything with it seems perfectly normal.

So it really seems to me you guys must be wrong and it's an error in part 2 0.175 when it's said Sophia hasn't slept with anyone for a very long time.

It would be nice to know for certain though. It'd be pretty lame imo if any good interactions with Liam locked you out of all/most other content.

Liam is supposed to lock you out, if you reconcile during the football match on TV with Liam and Neil, or bring him home from the Casino. It supposes to lead you back to the GW side.

No, it's not a mistake with the walkthrough. There is no Harem in the novel, per the author. So Liam cancels out everyone's path in the filthy side if you reconcile.

They hang out with Amber with Dylan as changing their mothers/sons. They hangout together at the movie theater(drive-in theater), restaurant,... Maybe Sophia and Amber goes Dylan and Sam's school camping as the patrons if Dylan goes a boarding school with Sam (Dylan's boarding school route). In the camping late night, Amber(shares a tent with Sophia) notices Sam hangs around near her tent and looks for a chance to see Sophia, so she goes out to her son's tent (shares with Dylan). Mass Effect and The Walking Dead are some that I can think of off the top of my head, and those are large studios with staffs and multiple writers, not one guy doing everything. I can promise that whether you went the Filthy route, or stuck with GW the entire way, all roads eventually lead back to Liam for the final curtain call. Some roads will just be dirtier than others.

I think that, setting aside the fact that you can make your Sophia whatever you want, this is an effect of blue balling people for too long. If they only kissed, what would people's reaction be? I mean, how long can you really only kiss and fondle people? At some point, once a line blurs, there's really no line at all. If we had time to give Sam 100 days, then his arc would be the most believable and consistent. Unfortunately (or fortunately), his arc is still the most believable.
