Yes. This game has been accused by a few players for "No choices" when clearly there are choices. Story changing choices, then no but relationship choices with girls, then yes. So yeah sounds like you will have to restart S1 if you want the Dean included in your harem.

Yep. If you don't choose "accept" in s1e5 when you are at the pool and Gigi calls. Internally it's the choice "21" in the s1e5_anel label. All S1 choices carry to S2.
When i asked when the next update was i got this message.....but we are now few days later and i still dont see any update....
