I'm no expert, but wouldn't downloading a new HTML file do it? Either use that or look in it to see what the value should be. Worst case, you end up running a few more errands for your uncle.

1. You're an idiot :rolleyes:
2. " how do I fix this", how would I know where in the document you deleted what rank value.
3. The $law.mafia.rank has a value between 1 and 3, where 3 is the highest.
4. Leave those variables alone or the rank system won't work properly! Especially if you can't read code and don't understand what an &lt;&lt;if&gt;&gt; or <<if>> statement is.
5. Use the browser console if you want to cheat SugarCube.State.variables.law.mafia.rank = 3.
6. IMPORTANT! Only, and only after the MC becomes the "Don" will the rank be raised to 4. After that there is no more leveling up. Do not change the value to 4!

Hey, how do I get on in Olivia's story?
