Because it's the correct literal translation from the russian term. What you said is the description of it. Not many grandmas ever said that word howeverwhy do some devs keep using the word "Cunnilingus" instead of just oral sex? come on its weird, don't be weird, this word is something an old grandma world use back in the 60s.
It was never really part of simple language.I don't mind. There are by far worse mistakes in the english translation in the remake.

My saves from v0.02 don't work, game shows a message telling me that this version don't support saves from the previus one. I need to play the whole game to this point again or there's a way to fix this issue?

he is using sprites, and terribly rendered ones at that, to make these comped images, that is why they all look way off, something I said when first test version was released
I can't even speculate why they look so terrible, maybe because he is using HDRIs to light them not bothering to add necessary extra lighting, so it all looks like crap, also probably doesn't know how to color match images, so can't improve the sprites without them jumping out of the comp picture, and all this after switching over from G3 to G8 to "make things better" and advertising "greatly improved image quality", what a load of bollocks... probably the same story with code, hence the 0.2 saves were not compatible with this last 0.3 release
and that blurry max sprite at the dinner table is comically bad, would take someone maybe 15-20 minutes to fix, but no, too busy with something else...
so, basically, all this rework has been for nothing, couple dream sequences that 100% trivial to implement in the old code
but fear not, all this will be fixed in 2025 "BB: Same old story, with all new images again and improved code!" remake!
edit: just looked at the unzipped images, yeah, 1,3M webp blurry backgrounds in 2k size that should have been 1/10 of that size, what a great effort to control the game size...

Someone that has tried it can say if there is any content at all overall in this rebuild version of the game ?
I assume that some of the quests can not be moved on?

yes, there is content.
But somehow I have the feeling that is not what you wanted to ask.
Buying ladder and book is not possible because the images are still missing that would have to be in the game. Same for stealth level 2. If you went into Ann's room, the screen would remain blank.
Quests: Some say directly that you can't proceed, for others you need to hover over the task to get that message.
The only one without any message is the TV quest with Ann, but also that one will be continued later.
I see, thank you for the reply! Well I was wondering if it's worth playing yet or we should wait for more updates.

That's very subjective. Some basic stuff can be done, the new lawyer character is introduced, three dreams can be unlocked, some spider pranks with Alice. If you are happy with that, then it's worth it. Otherwise you should wait.
i cant do anything in this game. the only thing i have been able to buy is sun tan lotion. the book and cameras and ladder never showed up to buy it.. Im about ready to delete this game. Its turning out to be as bad as the other versions..

For now deleting it is probably a good decision.

This game should be almost finished after v0. 9.1.2 but developer rework from v2. 0.0 and says he will make different game but when he began to create the game nothing is change all quest are same only some new question added. Then why developer rework from v2. 0.0 when he have to make the same game. It doesn't make any sense. My guess is developer will abondone this game after milking the money from us. He will never complete the game
