Each of us is different and what I love you can hate. That's why everyone has to decide for themselves whether to play with WT, cheats, mod or without. Personally, it doesn't bother me if I fail. I just try again and again until it works.I suspect you're familiar enough with all of the game's quirks that you know what you need to do for each of the opportunities. I don't use walkthroughs personally because it breaks immersion for me so I have to try and figure out what I need to do for each opportunity by just playing. Normally that's fine but the dev builds enough grind into this game that even if I do the right thing for an opportunity, I probably have to repeat it several times, or do it on a specific day or whatever before it actually progresses anything. So I can play for 8+ hours and make zero progress on any of the opportunities I'm stuck on without a cheat mod.
For this latest update I completed about half of the opportunities without any trouble and then gave up on the other half and just loaded one of your completed saves so I could see the new content.
Don't get me wrong, I do actually like the game. But I find the opportunity hints to be inadequate for the ones I always get stuck on and I find the grind to be excessive. So I use the cheat mod to reduce the grind and I find that a much more enjoyable experience.
The game is meant to simulate life in the broadest sine qua non. Our life consists for the most part of grind. We do the same things every day: work, eat, sleep and so on. That's why it should also be present in the game. Building a real relationship takes a long time in real life and it's good that it doesn't progress so quickly in the game. In my opinion, Aleksey has found the right balance. Too many hints would have made the game less attractive. I am thrilled with the game. I remember the original BB game. I must have played the first 18 days 40 times to find the perfect path. If I love a game, I can play it again and again and have fun.
