Not at the moment. In the current version on the thread, there is only a single prefab body (plus extras like tail) for each gender. In the new version that has yet to be released on Steam (and thus become accessible here), the customization options don't go that far. The smallest you can get the bust for female characters at the moment is this:
It's far more modest than what the thread currently has, but is still jiggle physics'd and clearly visible. (Not to say plenty of guys don't have that much of a chest, but it's worth noting.)
The face is basically non-configurable in this version, and the hairstyles don't really open up much in the way of options either. That said, the developers haven't vetoed the idea when brought up in the suggestions channel on the discord, so it's evidently a possibility for the future.

Probably a dumb question. For those of us who don't own the Steam version (and who don't want to pay for it through Steam because Steam is shady and DRM-filled and probably watches everything players do) what was the previous Patreon build version of this game? I had it downloaded from here at one point but then deleted it to make space on the old hard drive.

It's slowly being made to have Male MC's but Futa is optional for quite a few scenes so far, alot of the AI are either Futa or males of sorts.

A big wallet and overzealous nature, presumably. The steam update just got pushed by the devs tho, so keep an eye out for when this thread bumps up to v0.3.14. That version should be functional, assuming someone snagged it from Steam instead of Patreon. Both Steam and Patreon share the same version number this time around. Complete 1:1 parity with this update, except the two cocks limited to Patreon subscribers.

It's a bit like paying for Early Access.
I am fine with it. And i mean you can buy it directly for a fixed price and get the updates as well.
Patreon is just more like for those who only have some spare money and want to support it more direct. But i get what you mean. In this case they do make updates though and the progress shows.
An exampel for bad practice would be Fek. His Rack 2 has been on Patreon for how many years now? And how many updates did he push out in that time? When even was the last damn update to his game from the official side?
If the modders wouldn't have picked it up and started to update it themselves, the game would probably be dead already.
