Do you know which language was used to create this file? It could be that you don't have font for its characters.
I have nothing about it i was wondering anybody here might Identified the code. its for a game made in unity

I havn't noticed at first glance but it's a JSON file. It shouldn't contain code, only data.
Maybe it wasn't encoded as utf-8. Could you ask your program to read it as something else?

It looks like a saved file, so you're pretty much out of luck. Editing that without decrypting it first would likely be impossible.
Try looking for a Save editor for that specific game if you want to edit your save or a way to decrypt the JSON, instructions would be for the specific game + current game version. Anything else will likely not be useful.
Unity games can also be modded, so cheat mods can be injected into the game which would allow for the altering of Ingame Data.
