I do believe it does. As patch for unity games are dropped in Appdata location in your Windows directory, the game does not come with it. Unlike Renpy where patch goes in the game folder itself, Unity games can't be pre-patched like that unless the dev shipped it so by default.

Plus, the patch wouldn't be hosted if the game already had incest active by default

It was not removed, you just need to install the PATCH, and a new interaction with Henry was added, just remember that the focus of the game is not exclusively Henry, he is just another part of the game!

in the game settings there is a shortcut to the saves folder, and the detailed path
