Dlsite lists various illustrators so yes it is differing styles. I don't have an account on Dlsite so I don't know if this applies to everyone but almost every game with ai elements I have found has been hidden for me and dlsite seem to do a good job on keeping it that way whenever I do try to check the dlsite link of an ai game.

Their other games have "guest characters" from other artist's works. Assumably used with permission, the different styles is jarring though. I've always hated that even in games like mgq

I really wish it was mandated that MTL games show actual screens of the translated dialogue...whether these games are worth time or not strongly depends on how bad the poetry is. There is just too many MTL tools used now to be sure what kind of quality you're going to get before you actually see it
