Only problem with this story is embarrassment for magic is that after so long it will be no different than nudist and their goes her magic. Seriously not a good premise should of just said that for her to absorb magic she has to show a lot of skin and being nude is the most powerful that way you can build her up from being embarrassed and shy to a full blown nudist. The stories need to make some sense at least this witch will be helpless once she has accepted the nudist life style.
