Played this game years ago and can't find it, so here are bits of story and setting I remember:
1. You move into your sister's apartment, there's a TV with some Netflix show when you click it and you have a laptop in the living room (think you work as an IT specialist) as well as a telescope on the right hand side of the living room
2. At the start you have to gain your sister's cat's trust to get the key to her room
3. Her best friend moves into your room later on and you give her massages to gain her trust (you move to the living room iirc)
4. You had some inner voice/ corruption
5. There was a scene with your sister coming home from work and masturbating without knowing you're there
6. The way you navigated the apartment was on top of the screen, you clicked on sections of it and moved there
