Sorry, I seem too stupid to download this. When I click on it, the file opens in my browser. Could you pack it into a zip file?

Shit. Seems like repacking the RPA fucked it. I thought I tested it, seems not.
Will try again. Can't rebuild the game as it throws an error with the translation script.. FFS.

While I haven't personally checked the code, I believe the physical assets (ie. images) are not present in the public build shared here; those are only available in the private Patreon build. So even if you "trick" the code to unlock the Patreon-only characters, you won't be able to see some of the images linked to them.
