I'm struggling to find a theme throughout MuseX's games. I mean, Farmer's Dreams, Love Season: Farmer's Dreams, Farmer Kink.... I just can't quite put my finger on it.

That’s what I was thinking. Made by the same person, also involves a farming theme for some reason, both have plot significant mermaids, both involve the characters Mia and Nova who look like their Farmer’s dream counterparts and presumably just are literally the same characters. Don’t know for sure but some of the other screenshots have characters who look suspiciously like farmers dream/love season characters. Hell, this new thing even also involves the main character wearing a stupid ascot like in farmer’s dream.

Haven’t played this but I have a feeling it literally is a retelling of farmers dream with some slight differences and with crappy AI art instead of the 3d renders from before - which were frankly the best part of farmers dream/love season and make this already objectively worse than its predecessors. First the developer tried making an rpg thing but got bored so remade it as a visual novel, not sure what happened with love season but I guess then they finished or got bored of that and are now remaking it again but with AI art. Cheers for laziness and shoveling out the same thing but slightly different for the third time!

It's just sad. The original graphics of Farmers Dreams were so fricking amazing.
This is just sad and beyond recognizing the characters from farmers dreams it just looks generic.

I am gonna try it just for kicks, but still a shame that he tried to recycle the same thing once again.
