Seeking Games where you can be arrested/captured?

Been looking everywhere for things like this. Mostly looking for stuff where this happens as a result of being defeated/losing, but anything works.

Not really looking for games where you already start in a prison or something similar.

Last Barbarian added a prison recently.. but I would wait the 9.39 to drop here since the prison has a glitch when leaving
