When I meet Blair in the cafeteria after talking with Frida, the dialogue shows the line saying the MC has to take distance from her to be in good terms with Missy. Any help please?

Brianne, waiting just left of the dance floor on the next screen. Dance with her several times, then when buying her a drink for the road, get tequila shots. Enjoy!

How do you unlock the scene where you can lie or confess to the principal? The guide makes it seem like it's after the rave but it's not triggering for me.
