Because MC scenes aren't even in dream at all. I'm fairly sure MC have more scenes than ntr ones it's just that they are all tied to the sandbox event and it's recurrence too instead of 1 time thing.
Almost 80% of female chars have handjob/blowjob with MC btw.
As for penetration I can only name some that i remember, your 3 housemates, Mika the neighbor girl, Claire, Lana & Reagen, Amy, Abigail & Stacey, Roy's mom. When spotting Gemma in the Gyme when keeping an eye on Frank, Marie comes in. Everytime it says "you must spar with Gemma another time" & I can only choose "Stay & Spot". How to trigger the scene? Because I keep sparing with Gemma & it dont let me go with Marie?

Fixed: If Claire is on pregnancy countdown from Taxi Driver, the UI will now represent that.
Fixed: If Adel is dating Thomas and has low corruption, knocking on a door to a room that she’s in will no longer bypass the corruption check (Bathroom and Adel’s Bedroom).
Fixed: Using the bath or shower at 22:00 no longer causes time to skip 2 hours instead of one.
Fixed: After the Lucas boatyard event, Lucas' friendship stat will now become -20, regardless of paths taken (Does not apply to existing saves, however it will not negatively affect gameplay).
