You play a detective in the New Haven Police Department driven by a deep sense of justice and a desire to make a positive impact on the city he's always called home. Growing up, he witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by many in the city, fueling his determination to pursue a career in law enforcement. In the story, he is faced with a challenging case involving a missing woman, leading him down a path that intertwines, love, duty, and the complexities of human nature. As he delves deeper into the investigation, MC's unwavering dedication to uncovering the truth is put to the test, ultimately shaping the course of his personal and professional journey.
Giselle
Giselle is a 22-year-old woman who grew up in a rough and impoverished environment. She has a tough exterior but deep down she is still vulnerable and lost. She has short brown hair, beautiful blue eyes, and a petite frame. Her tough upbringing forced her to form a strong determination to survive.
Giselle's childhood was surrounded by drugs and violence. Growing up, she witnessed her parents constantly fighting and using drugs. She was neglected and often left to fend for herself. At the age of 12, her parents died due to an overdose, leaving her orphaned and alone.
With no family or support system, Giselle was forced to survive on her own. She dropped out of school and turned to the streets for shelter and food. It was there that she was introduced to the world of prostitution. Desperate for money, she started working as a call girl as a way to make it out of her circumstances. Although she was ashamed of her job at first, she became aware of the power and control she could gain in a world where she had none. This helped her confidence, assertiveness, and learned to protect herself and her boundaries.
She was never able to form meaningful relationships due to her upbringing. She is close with her boss Clara of course and a few acquaintances that do similar line of work. This all changes when she meets a new client. What will come out of this new relationship and will Giselle finally get the life she always wanted. A life filled with hope, love, and peace away from her past she has tried so hard to escape or will she find more heartbreak?
