Based off the op pic alone it feels like this game is inspired by a few different doujin, the shipwrecked and meteor stories specifically

Wait.

If it's Isekai and you're just getting dropped into these scenarios, doesn't that undercut the entire incest fantasy? I mean, sure, she thinks the body you are inhabiting is her son. But you're just some gormless fuckwit who had a too close encounter with Garbage Truck-kun, and you know for a fact that person isn't your mother.

I feel like you can either have established familial relationships, or a drop-in everyman unconnected with the world fantasy; but you can't have both at the same time.

For real. Also look at the background images, especially the one on the crowded beachfront. Look at those scooters and mopeds. Now notice how horribly mangled they all are. This is also Gen-AI slop on top of everything else. So it's anyone's guess how much of the script is gonna be Ghat-GPT nonsense as well.
