The game doesn't come from DLSite with a translation, and the attempt at a official translation was bit of a disaster. Moving over the fan translation is a lot different than it was with some of the previous updates, because of things like the UI and the game engine getting updated.

The linked post has instructions on getting the temporary translation going, like I said it has almost caught up.

Complete guess but 3.0.0 updated the Tyrano version, possibly that. Although installing tfpatchguy's temporary patch does revert some of it. If you look in their

Unfortunately, I tried it and I just have a blank black screen. I did on JoiPlay too, but it would pop up with a menu where I could press skip then tap the middle of the screen to fix it.

The (with mod) one has extra mods, the (without mod) one only has the translation and partial decensor.

Edit: Nevermind, forgot to apply the mod patch, thought I only needed the translation patch for the base 3.0 version. It's translated fine after I applied it.
