Totally, back when 1080p was the norm. I don't even have ultrawide, just plain 16:9 at a higher resolution.I highly doubt that this game was ever intended for ultra-wide.

If you extracting the 7z with WinRAR it probably is from the extraction. Try shortening the archives name before extracting it. Or use

The game doesn't normally like higher than 1080p, you will get those animation issues. For it to have a chance of working you'll need to edit the package.json file.
Edit - Phew that multi quoting with multiple tabs open was a disaster.

Should be just original event, but it doesn't seem to work with the preptched games in the opening post. It really isn't worth it though it's just the end of Sylvie eating at the cafe, and then going home from town.

Not in game, but there is a version of 3.19 with edited artwork back here. There's no pregnancy, check the tags for things like that it's not usually something that gets missed. I doubt it would get added officially.
Edit -
The (with mod) prepatched game has a pack of mods included, the "molested" bit is just a nick name from the uploader.

The mod pack is separate to the translation patch, the section added to the guide...well I also tried the tutorial you sent but it doesn't include any mod
