Is it just me, or is it impossible for university professors to ever get a raise?

I mean, I'm not complaining - marrying one of my students is probably the greatest bonus one could hope for, heh.

Important info about BDSM and my mods (will ONLY APPEAR if vin_NTR is turned ON!):
I decided to include dominant and submissive options.
Now if a NPC has less than -75 masochist stat he or she will be very dominant and tries to control you. While some options don't give you a choice, others can be blocked. But sometimes only with violence or harsh consequences.
If a NPC has more than +75 masochist stat he or she will enjoy being treated very badly and will let you do whatever you want with him/her. If both stats reach 90 or 95 in both directions it will become even more interesting. More so if the NPC is your Dating/Wife (NTR). Some options depend on the player masochist stat, if you have 75+ expect that even some NPCs with a masochist stat lower than 0 try to take advantage of you.
This count for ALL my mods in the future, including The New Goodbye. Options for raising and lowering your and NPC stat are available most mods.

IMPORTANT: NTR/BDSM WILL ONLY APPEAR IF vin_NTR IS TURNED ON!
vin_NTR needs to be enabled for any BDSM and NTR content
vin_NonConsensual needs to be enabled for anything related to forced sex and rape
vin_Incest needs to be enabled for anything related to incest

Summary:
masochist -95 extremly dominant and perversion > 90 -> Mistress/Dom
masochist -90 -> tries to take advantage of you (financially and otherwise)
masochist -75 and perversion > 75 -> very bossy, pushes you into kinky stuff, makes decisions for you

masochist 75+ and perversion > 75 -> very submissive, will enjoy all kinky stuff
masochist 90+ -> accept any of your proposals and decisions without questioning
masochist 95+ extremly submissive, if perversion > 90 -> close to sex slave, won't even end a date without your consent

Does the D/S system you've added only come into play if you choose to make your partner a sex worker? Or does it also allow them (if they're a dom) to force you into it even if you've never suggested it to them?

I did. This is likely mod related as it only started fairly recently.

Well you can make $8 hour working in retail. Get an office job make an Avg of $1500 a month, which is only $300 dollars a month more money than retail. (Based on Central London Wages)

If you strip for an Hour a day (depending on you skill) you make at least $100 Buck. Stripping just 1 hour a day you make $3000 a month.

*** The secret to being Successful in any game is understand its Economics.

The Money is in Owning Business. Hiring staff and make it productive as you build your brand name.
If an employ gives you trouble, toss them in your dungeon until they learn loyalty.

Note to self! add loyalty to slave training.

It's 2020 ... I haven't even played skyrim and fallout 4 since 2017. I retired from Bethesda modding as soon as Bethesda started the Creation Club with its forced updates that break Script Extender mods every few weeks. I wasn't exactly the only modder that went out during that period (in fact, you can probably count on one hand the number of popular Bethesda modders from the 15 - 17 period that are still active now). With all the crap Bethesda's done since, I don't exactly regret my retirement as a modder, to be quite frank.
Pretty sure I didn't sign a lifetime contract when I first published my free mods that prevented me from moving on from Bethesda games and focusing on other projects
All my mods' source code is still on LoversLab, available for anyone to use and modify. Some more recent mods have done exactly that.

Vinfamy , is there any update as to the details of being able to adjust NPC distribution? Bodytype I can do, but a bunch of other folks have also been asking about being able to pick the ethnicity distribution of randos, as well as how beefy or chubby they are. I think it was said before that it's tied to the location of cities, but is there any more info on that? Or is it already in-game and am I just being blind.

(Also, as is probably obvious from my post count, I don't normally get stuck into these threads - but you're far and away the most helpful, responsive, and overall nice dev I've seen around these parts, so I thought I'd ask! Much love for LP so far!)

it have a tiny "kitchen corner" and a very small "bathroom" (this was the hardest part of the room)
i think i need bigger rooms

Ha Ha Ha, I know what your saying. Sometimes, the females "smiles" are a bit "cringey/creepy", But not quite to the extreme you've displayed, yet close !

Like your direction your heading, and idea's. I'm waiting for the time, when we can construct, odd-shaped rooms, for "speciality-Housing" needs, like 6 to 8 sided rooms, (for the Harem Mod) serving as "sleeping-quarters", or other uses. (much like you can do in Sims games, though I know we'll probably never get to those extremes/capabilities ! ) But one can Hope !

6 or 8 side rooms... this would be a dream to make such a home
you can cut the room, but with it you will lose space for the furniture.
i think we must see what will come in future.

A "Just Curious"/ "Information-needed" Questions : Reference's Cities and Jobs :

(I haven't yet played any of new versions yet . I'm reading all comments and setting up a game with Mods, Rooms, and Preset Characters, I want to try, according to their descriptions)

Noticed in comments, about "Universities", and Jobs, apparently connected to them, (as well as Students, needed for "abduction-purposes" ),

Questions:

1 - Does every "City" Map have a University available, for using some of the Mods, that seem to relay on those "needs" ?

2 - If a "City" doesn't have a University, could a School or Academy, ( examples, such as, "(insert-type/name of) Private School", or "Fine Arts, etc., Academy" ), be added to the "smaller" Cities, having Jobs and Students to meet the "needs" of Mods ?

3 - Also, last time I had played, there were very few Jobs, available for the PC. Would there be someplace, out-side of the game to find the types of Jobs available to the PC ? (and NPC's, such as Family members ? )

More questions, in this "series", are sure to come .

Some of the maps have very little and are missing types of buildings. MOST don't have strip clubs or brothels. That's why when you start a game in a city you hadn't played before you should use that "randomize buildings" function - but not too high a percentage.

I think your Cross refrencing the game with my Dungeon mod. The students you can abduct are generated from the mod and actualy have nothing to do with Universities or the base game. Although you could kidnap a student you knew in game as well.

Very real possibility . . . . . have read so many posts, and Mod descriptions. But , there have been, Jobs, relating to Universities have been mentioned in general chat, so ?

Still begs the question, What Jobs are now currently available to PC, sans any Mods ?

All jobs are quite basic and havent had a lot of love for quite a while, I think in the uni jobs there is like 3 or 4 scenes same with most of them. the office job is the most developed but still to be honest quite boring. Vinfamy isnt adding a great deal of scenes he is focused on game code mostly, and the few modders here are mostly doing larger projects. I did make a school/uni type mod that had a lot more content. But didnt release it, too much work to get it user friendly. We need more modders lol. Writing base scenes is so easy, not sure why people arn't adding more in.

I doubt too many people are playing the business route TBH. I think most would be going porn/prostitution/etc.
