Look for this game for a while but I remember the menu of the game had a car just driving. You play a gangster guy and it was choice based. i remember the game sort of ended at a cliffhanger because the game was still in development where it look the main character dies and showing a female character that look like to be the new protagonist. I wanna say it was maybe 2019 when I played it. I remember finding the game when f95 had a banner for new/popular games on the main page.
