Edit: The gradations of NTR (hard, soft, full-on, or partial) don't really matter. NTR enjoyers mostly want it to progress to the extremes, and NTR haters don't want other men even talking to the girls platonically off-screen. The moderates don't speak up much and can enjoy whatever you decide to do, so long as it's done well. So you should decide (and disclose) from the beginning what you'll enjoy making: a one-dick universe or a cuckstravaganza. Changing your mind later will greatly disappoint whatever fanbase you build before that point. Those are just my observations of other sharing/swinging/cuck debates around this here forum.
