Thanks for the walkthrough.

The bonus scene is as easy as it describes, Kaguya just needs 100% knowledge. So follow the same steps you provided for Ending 9 Perfect but add 'Sex Talk' to Kaguya once. This needs to be done after all 9 endings are done, so the bonus is basically ending 9.5. The dev put a lot of effort into that one, worth completing the game to see.
