Game takes like 10 minutes top.
Afaik, there's only one choice you make in the game, which is whether you get the aphrodisiac or the slot machine. Maybe it changes whether you have sex with the redhead or the brown haired girl.
The attached save doesn't have the first 3 orbs unlocked. I started with the slot machine so maybe that has something to do with it.

This is better than a MTL but not by much. TBH, the english is understandable but theere are a lot of grammar issues and the like. I feel like this would qualify for a MTL tag

The Slot Machine is to distract the brunettes husband. Once you buy it, go pick it up in the morning and then tell the husband right away you have a slot machine. This lets you get Alena
