I wasn't aware his sexual prowess offered life changing decisions to that extent
It's no joke. Emma almost flushed herself down a toilet, Boogerman style, after being dicked down by Ian at the beach. A true testament to the power of his penis.

The next Ian update I would gladly take a Cindy date over a Cindy sex scene
Cindy's reasoning during the "serious talk" on the relationship path with Ian really made her lose points with me. It really is hardwired into her character to treat every relationship as a stepping stone. It would've been an interesting examination to watch her navigate through life as a single individual.

No matter what path is taken within the game, Cindy will always be a cheater

Cindy's storyline, in my opinion, is going in a weird direction. We've been trying to build a relationship with her for a long time, confessing our feelings twice, yet now she's saying:
I want to figure myself out.
I just broke up with Wade.
We’re not officially dating.
You said you’d be patient.
It’s going too fast.

There’s a limit to how much a person can tolerate before feeling like they’re just being strung along. Cindy has been my favorite from the start, but her behavior feels inconsistent to the point where you just want to give up on her (which, to be fair, you can). It almost feels like the developer is intentionally making you question or even dislike her with how outright disrespectful she’s acting. What do you guys think?

That applies to many characters. Most of them are surprisingly unlikeable.

Cindy is self-centered from the get go, interacting with her is always one drama and another. Also, the entire relationship is an affair. Even now when she is available, dating her still is a hazzle, since Wade and Co. will 100% lash out to her and Ian.

There is no "peaceful" route for her. Granted, a relationship without a drama would be poorly for story, some sort of conflict needs to happen.

Right?

If we just look at Cindy’s situation, we took the direct approach and confessed to her twice. But based on what happened in those situations, it feels like she accepted it—even if she didn’t say it verbally. Her actions, whether through physical intimacy or simply going along with us, seemed to confirm it.

I don't know anymore.

They looked really cute playing pool, so I say they need to get back to that. Let Cindy and Ian live out their own heterosexual The Color of Money plot, traveling to small towns, shooting pool, fighting drunks with cue sticks, having hot sex on the billiard table, getting wasted in motel rooms, landing trick shots into Cindy's ass etc.

Finished mostly vanilla Ian x Lena route. Yeah, it was pretty good, decently written romance, for a weg. Makes you wonder if there are actually any "Lenas" among real models. Or do they lean more into being "Ivys"...

I am intrigued what will happen to some characters - Cindy among them, since everyone is posting about her. I wonder if she will get burned by Axel, and potentially saved by the Gang if you tried to fix her relationship with Wade. Or if by some miracle she even fixes Axel and makes no longer go after Lena.
Also, I wonder what are the end goals of Cherry and Ian's ex.

Try the good approach on her love path, IMO it's top writing in this game (and by extension the entire VN scene). And I would say yes, dev is intentionally making the character dislikable (specially during "bad" love path). At least if your expectations are that Cindy is devoted to Ian, maybe it works if you are a simp and that's your thing (being devotedly in love with someone who doesn't respect you).

Surprising but in a good way for me. I really dislike when in some games (almost) all of the LI are lovingly perfect in their own way and they make you choose one (and I generally don't like harem games). Not mentioning a (very) famous game in this site to not derail the discussion too much, Persona 5 is such a game for me.

Personaly I feel like this update was a step in the right direction but the next couple CAN NOT be more of the same "I don't know what I want" from Cindy. Cause it's been this way for fucking time already... just show she's committed to the relationship or not so we can move our playthrough along already...

Unless it was changed, it gets conveyed through a dialogue by Wen early on. It was said there are 3 preliminary round fights.
A full tournament, with us participating in every fight feels too long for the remainder of the story to be told.
Yo, was optimizing game in preparation for (anticipated) Gillian route and found info on MMA.

It's not specified how many rounds are in the mma tournament, I think.

In real life pro-mma, there's 3 rounds in one bout (1 mma fight) and you win by either winning 2/3 rounds, KO/TKO, or submission. Wen just repeats this info. But what's confusing is that in the game, there's only 2 rounds per bout.
