Depth's Revival by Seacth has a ton of pregnancy, you as the MC have a main harem of 6 women who all get pregnant with lot's of pregnant sex, plus several side women. It is not really a mechanic and Depth's Revival is not a RPG, it simply happens as you follow the story, the game is not completly kinetic, but there's not a lot of choices to be made.
