Basically Japanese is allergic to pronouns. You can use one, but it's unnatural. It would be weird and kill Japanese boners to actually say 'Ore wa kanojo no manko ni tsukiugokashita' ('I' 'did' 'her' 'pussy' 'to' 'stimulated') in the middle of a conversation. You're also expected to be keeping track of the subject and the object in the conversation. If you introduced Kana as the subject a few lines back then unless you changed the subject she is still the subject. MTL can't track this well (it doesn't actually understand anything, and is not tracking the plot) so it constantly guesses who's putting their pussy into whose dick.

To take it to extremes, you are expected to know that 'suki' (which literally means 'likeable') might mean '[I ] love [you], Kana.' or '[I ] like [these fries].' or '[He] likes [that about me].' or '[there was a] gap [in her defenses]' or '[it was a] plow.' etc. etc. The first three hare how you end up with so many stupid 'mistaken confession' plots. The last two are because 'suki' also means 'gap' or 'plow', so it's up to you to remember we were talking about farming.

In this case the original Japanese sentence was probably just something 'pussy' 'stimulated' but for English the MTL has to figure out who's stimulating whose pussy and of course it gets it wrong since it's not keeping track of anything.

This isn't Shiravune, though - and Sugoi Visual Novel has the dubious honour of being even worse.

Shiravune is hot garbage because they stick to Japanese censorship, even though they're entirely aimed at the Western market. But at least Shiravune actually employs translators. They won't actually try to sell you MTL garbage that hasn't even been proofread.

(though Sugoi is not the worst either; Sakuragame 'translations' are such hack jobs that they will barely even run due to all the broken code)
