There's a kitchen set thing where you have to cook manually and once you have enough points there is a fridge where they can get the food. If you don't have the fridge yet, you put down a table, click on it, select a girl, then click their name to feed them.

The fridge is how they automatically eat food but you still have to cook it at the oven kitchen set thing.
