Biggest thing I'd recommend is, I'm assuming English is not your first language, you need an editor to go over your writing. There are quite a few spots that grammatically make no sense, or pronouns switch incorrectly in the opening scenes with the step father. (The entire scenes with stepfather are worded very poorly, like pulling UP sweatpants vs down, the MCs goes from he to her randomly.)

Clean up the grammar a bit so that the writing with flow smoothly will help you a lot. If the script was written by AI, you need to read it over after and correct syntax and grammar, cause AI sucks at actually using language in a way that it will flow in a human manner.

it's pretty much because it's much harder to write and can often go off topic when it's not the MC. Most games that have the MC feminizing someone else for instance also have you corrupting women and the one sissy you train is just one of a dozen people, which shifts the focus too much. It's also hard because most of the transformations are mental and it's hard to express that in a satisfying manner when it's presented from another's point of view. It's possible, but it takes a creative writer and an experienced one at that to pull it off without it becoming awkward.

(There's also the problem of how it's too easy to just outright transform them into a woman. Which personally I don't like because if you want a woman, just make a female character. I don't understand the obsession on TF games to have a man become a woman and treat it like it isn't gay "because he's a girl now". My guy if you wanted your MC to fuck a girl, WRITE HIM A GIRL, stop genderbending.)
