Patreon has been on a killing spree lately. So any noncon sex, this includes drunk/high/sleeping, on top of forced, is now bannable. Incest is still verboten, this includes the watered down adopted cest, like woody allen and stepcest too. It'd probably be smart to start a subscribestar or kofi, I know they don't use paypal, but they are still good alternatives.

The Patreon link that appears in the OP goes to the new account of a certain dev called Satisfaction 3D Games, whose only post is from 3 days ago and it has an image that contains several female models of this game but announcing a new one. Could it be Lust Sakura Games trying to comply with Patreon's new restrictive policies?

Now this should be a harem game. So basically...
- MC should get all the women. Now it's not a harem game anymore, with all the shit being shoved in here.
- No other men OR WOMEN should be seen with the women.
The doctor scene is like the dev saying FUCK YOU, when it's like made up almost like the MC is fucking the doctor. So twisting the iron bar, ******* doesn't get it. It doesn't have to be NTR, but if it feels like it, then it kind of is. The very fact that that shit feels NTR drives a hell of a lot of players out of the game and puts this on the ignore list. That alone could put an NTR tag in the game. So this "harem" game has done all the wrong fucking things that ruin this game for harem players, the very target audience this game was made for. Harem players don't watch any of that shit but leave the game with shitty content. The best solution would be to redo the whole shit without that NTR vibe that comes from that fucking doctor scene and make this actually for harem players and not put other than the MC to fuck women.
It's not rocket science to make a harem game.
- No other men OR WOMEN with women.
- No showing others having sex.
- MC gets all the women especially the main ones like now the fucking doctor who ruins everything.
- The woman doesn't have to be LI but don't fucking show or tell the player ANYTHING about her sex life then.
People nowadays don't even know what 'harem' means.
The word originally referred to a part of a ruler's residence designated for his women to live. It was forbidden for any other man to enter that place, except for eunuchs.
This means that a harem traditionally involved one man having all the women for himself.
Now, people are just using the 'harem' tag for anything. Swinging is a harem now? I've seen a game called 'Harem Heroes' where the main character is always sharing his women and calling it a harem. People have just screwed up the concept.
NTR is also not harem as well.
I would recommend everyone to skip playing this version.

Unfortunately, Patreon closed the account due to concerns about the appearance of the main character, deeming it too juvenile. Despite my efforts to switch to SuscribeStar, my application has been pending for over a month. As a result, I had to return to Patreon, and after several interactions with technical support, I was granted permission to create a new account under the condition that I modify the appearance of the main character.
The 0.4.5 update signifies the conclusion of the first chapter, with the next chapter entitled "Sins Of Lust." The story will seamlessly continue, the only change being the altered appearance of the main character in the upcoming update to make him appear more mature.
This decision was not made lightly but was necessary to sustain the progress of the game. I wish I could have continued without any alterations, but regrettably, I am left with no alternative. I appreciate your understanding, and I share in the frustration, especially with the one-month delay it has caused to the game's development.
In challenging times, it takes a strong will to persevere.

Good to see you back buddy. Really enjoying your game. Personally I always thought the MC was a little too weedy (but aware of what you were going for). So there'll be no complaints from me if he's aged up a little bit. Good luck moving into chapter 2.
