How can I increase the health of my employees?
My bartender started with 31 health and after 2 months she's down to 25.
I convinced her she should like Healthy diet and Working out, also changed the Policies to allow her a day off/week.
What else can I do?
Without more detailed info, some general advice to help with health beyond the two likes you have set is to make sure she hates Smoking, Doing Drugs (possibly Drinking Alcohol too, not sure if that's a problem for a bartender) - loves Swimming, Running, Yoga, Vegan Diet - and generally has free time to actually do health related activities. One day off a week may not be good enough if you happen to be far enough along in the laws to be open afternoon-night every day, especially if she happens to be young enough to be a student (should be listed on her profile if she is one, near her age/dating status).
She may also just have really low endurance which means she can't do much working out regularly anyway until that gets corrected over time.

Why can't the MC train the said low endurance employee in stamina developing? The MC can actually train a janitor for endurance but not a singer. Where is the logic?

Good news! Two often made requests were to start the game with more stuff already built and to be able to pick the images used for the player's sisters and mom and now these are in the game. The first one obviously applies to new games only and is off by default. It must be turned on via the options menu BEFORE STARTING THE GAME! It's called Fast Start in the options. The second (pick images of special characters) is on by default. When one of these special characters is created you will be able to keep that image or pick another similar image (the image must match the attributes for the character that are already set). This means that you won't have 50 images to choose from. The actual number depends on how many images that fit the character are available.
Other changes worth pointing out:
* There's a new story that you run into an old friend who is also a member of the cult. For this to trigger, you must still be a follower in the cult. You will have some new options to corrupt her, break up her marriage and raise her lewdness.
* New Loan Forgiveness law. When this law passed, clubs that are in debt can get back $5000 worth of debt forgiveness every 6 months. Mostly helps the AI clubs deal with their debt. However, it can help the MC's club if the law passes early enough.
* A third game to gamble on: Darts. Also you can develop your Rock-Paper-Scissors skill the more you play which may give you a advantage against those with lower skill.
* Before prostitution is legalized, prostitutes can be cited/fined. Some will say that's not worth it and quit if it happens repeatedly.
* Fixed and improved a lot of the issues with the Abuse Cult Power and Give Order to Slave interactions.
* Having sex in public can result in cheating gossips being created by those who saw it.
* Can now punish a gf/bf if they are caught cheating which may make them more reluctant to cheat in the future.
* By popular demand as well, the Fame value shown will be the real value, not the one used for calculating visitors (only difference is that if it's less than 50, we use 50 for calculating visitors). But now you can see it go up in the early game.
* AI characters that want to have children will be more inclined to get into relationships and if they are in relationships they will contact their bf to have sex.
There should be a guide on what to download to have the full game on the front page. Every time an update comes out I don't know if I have to download everything or just some things and I end up downloading nothing.

you have to download the game and overwrite it over the old one (then if you deleted something you don't want you have to delete it again) if you already have the images and it doesn't add new ones you don't have to do anything else (I always do this)
So the bug that you are unable to hire anyone unless you give her too high of an offer and that triggers the renegotiation is still not fixed?the game just ends the dialogue abruptly, this problem exists since 1.10 version, 1.09 works fine

I've found an odd bug, don't know if it's just in the newest version. If you start a relationship with your sister before having sex, the game doesn't show the incest in the rumour tab:
Training is still fucked though. Says you get an excellent result but the stat doesn't go up, then next training session it has gone up or its still the same. Sometimes it takes two training session to go up even though you have a good training sessions both times.

I updated the instructions for how to update. When the game is updated, you only need to download the game file and then unpack it on top of your current installation. Image packs should only need to be downloaded when new versions are published. When new ones are published the thread is updated and they usualy get a "New" next to them. These have versions too so you can always check if you have the latest one.
Same as always, you need to check out a naughty book from the library. If you don't get it, try again. It's 50-50 chance that it will happen, so it may take a 2-3 tries before it happens.

Yeah, that's a bummer, but stepping down as cult leader would present a ton of issues. Not sure that's would be easy to do. And for the purposes of this story, it's designed to start with a club in the early stages of development. If you were to trigger the story at an advanced time it won't work well. You can invite her to your club which can be used to increase her lewdness, but if the club is too lewd for her, it will backfire. It assumes that you can raise her lewdness while your club develops.
No. But if the character was already created, then you can't change the image. The characters personality and what other NPCs think about him/her depend on their image, so changing it after the fact would cause issues.

New version reproducibly gives me an error while loading assets: "Unresolved global reference '&ui_cmd' at [path_to_game/tfel\owner_actions\owner_init.tfl:272".
Deleting the previous version from (keeping character data and save games) didn't help.
You obviously cheated to get to that point, so that's probably why. Unless you tell me exactly what you did to get there, there's no way I can help you.

I only get this when I'm training someone in a stat that hasn't yet been revealed.
For example, I never look at the character's Singing stat when hiring Singers, especially if the applicant has come in seeking a different role or I have other tests available (ie. Endurance / Service). This is because I'm hiring for them to become Dancers / Strippers in future. I'll still train them in Singing for the satisfaction boost.
