Tool Suggestion needed: Ai artwork image enhancer

I hope it's not a duplicate post, i searched around without finding anything .

Recently I stumbled against this, to enhance my artworks:

Sometimes I get stunning results, sometimes i get garbage. More garbage. Anyone has a suggestion to some alternative? It can be anything.. Software, website, etc.
Free or cheap is a lot appreciated!

My public access news studio uses the website dbg.lol they are a bit annoying with the ads, but if it's good enough for tv it's probably good enough for your game

It's hard to give a concrete answer here, simply because we don't know exactly what you're trying to accomplish. Different AI tools (and models) are good for different things.

Are you trying to generate images from a prompt? (i.e. You type in text and hope something comes out that's great?)
Are you starting with an image and then changing something?

Any specifics on EXACTLY what you're trying to accomplish and how you're going about it now that you can give, the better advice you're likely to get. With just generalities like we have now, it's like we can't tell if you're trying to drive nails or screw screws, so we don't know if you need a good hammer or a good screwdriver.
