The update in early April will only have the last Asuna scene missing from the recollection room and that seem very hot from Kirito's POV.
It is also true for his IRL self.
But it seems to be a case of inconsistent model because he changes in others.
He should be losing weight since Asuna is taking care of him but seeing a six-pack should not be possible yet.
