yeah, the games a mess of unlocked locations that can only be used at very specfic times, under very specific conditions

If you got the mask/disguise/Sunglasses
go to the school toilets, you've got a Clara to molest

Edit: sorry forgot you were still waiting on cash, focus on school, look for clara, people talking to her in particular, keep clicking them, eventually you'll find Sara and Clara talking in the male toilets, which will eventually lead you going to class, and having the urge to fap.
When in doubt go to class/study

been a while since I did that part, there was something about her trying to get a some kind of drug, that would lead to you getting an experimental pill from harry , then going to the nightclub and turning her into a bimbo. you did all this?

That other quest you have, to get some booze it to bribe the tramps in the back alley so you can do all this.

At night check Mary's Room and for the second quest use the red phonebooth next to the mall

you mean just after the Workout with Gerda & Harry, build your strength to level 5 then go talk to gerda in front of her house,
for the second part with Mary & Gerda that comes way later.
