Reading that overview it is possible but it's also possible that the corruption spreading is you getting corrupted to do things with other girls outside your girlfriend. People on this site seem to forget incest is not a normal thing so perhaps the corruption to you and your loved ones makes them cross the incest point of no return.

I won't be surprised if I am wrong, some games are fine with NTR and can be a good storyline but most of them are the games that start with "this is NTR" the ones that add it 15 updates later because someone paid a large sum for it are the ones that make you go why, some mother+daughter Netori scenes is peak I say.
