Alright just had a conversation with this badboyoz dude, also known as lukewhite0 on discord.
Im only posting what has gone down there so anyone else who comes is aware of what they would expect. I'm just relating what went down in our private messages today.

So, they started off asking me if I was a girl. That was an odd question but when prompted about it they defended themselves by saying they needed to know my gender and age, then they called me aggressive for that (and that it was needed for me to work in harmony with teammates).
They told me to make a story from this outline as a test to get another interview:

when I asked them for which media do they needed this for, they were confused and when I listed the usual medias for eroges they said "It doesn't matter. Such details limit your imagination. This test is only to find out if you can think freely enough and if you can write your thoughts beautifully.".
When I asked them about scriptwriting (since he mentioned previously months ago in another opening post that he studied screenwriting at university, and that he wrote 6 movie scripts and all that), he told me, and I quote: "For the last two times you've been saying sentences that I've never used before as if I said them. I don't like that." and proceeded to block me.

So, even if this person was actually a screenwriter, and even if he was serious about making... something, so far and in my opinion, they've shown that they don't know how story writing goes, they don't know how to deal with people in interviews, they misread situations and conversations in english, and they aren't willing to further discuss or clear up any misunderstandings like anyone else would in this situation. All in all, they've shown a lack of professionalism.

This was most likely something anyone guessed already, but I wanted to see it first hand myself.
Not wanting to discuss further drama, it is just a review of my interaction with him, just letting people know to be careful!
