The reality is that the only way I will go back to update old stuff is if someone reminds me regularly because I only work on stuff when I have time. If I'm busy, I can't do it so you just have to catch me when I'm not busy. I'm only human after all.What exactly will that do? I have pinged you for a couple of other games to update months after they stopped being updated and nothing happened.
Could at least keep crowdfunded games 100% up to date.

I guess RJ01274832 since its one of my favourites and prob had more CG/ content updates than the others i mentioned.
There is a quest tracker.. sort of. Unfinished quests are.. items in the inventory. Sloppy on the part of the dev.

No, it doesn't seem like it since they are not complete generic images, they are pieces and when put together, the parts make a drawing. This type of games usually use this drawing model to create many variations in the scene.
