tts text-to-speech

HI,
I'm looking for a text-to-speech program, possibly free and not AI.
I've tried some but they are very limited, I need it to clearly create multiple voices, with different tones.
I searched the forum but couldn't find anything, if you can help me.

Any new finds dude? I am also trying to find a good TTS program that recognizes Japanese Text. Great for studying.
