Here is the changelog for extended.Isn't there a changelog for the extended version?
Changelog (in addition to Basic content):
- 1 scene with Rachel and 1 scene with Yuki
- 85 renders, 2 animations and 6 PVU Lewd photos
I have also added the patch in my original post that you can use to upgrade from basic to extended version.

Well since 7.5 game wont start on my PC, its only rempy game that dont work, even try compressed version, but still same:

More often than not it's the flux capacitator acting up.
I've already thrown in the towel on mine and will be getting a new PC soon
