I'm not really worried about the legality of the issue. Since none of the names/locations/characters are the same, it falls into a legal category of 'parody', instead of 'fanfiction' (also known as derivative works). Parodies are much stronger, legally speaking, than any form of fanfiction.

All of it is a moot point at best since the game isn't being sold; it's hard to claim you're being infringed upon when it's free. Naturally, it still wouldn't be fun to get into any legal trouble because of it.

its not about Names its about the characters looking like the actual actors. Which is something they wont allow ^^

LOL, I can just see it now. Podrick running around with the 'one dick that will rule them all.'

I have to agree, the characters were made well. Circe and Marjorie look good, Dani probably looks the least like the actor.

I don't know much about legal shit but how come Porn movies get away with parodies that look like the actors?
