You are both wrong. I literally just downloaded it from this Mega link. Free limit is 5 GB.
I've download literally nothing during past 48 hours, but downloading still stops at 4GB saying I'd reach the cap and download only continue after 6 hours.

I can't help you. Maybe your country limits you. It was always 5 GB for me on MEGA.
Edit: Or maybe I can help you. Use jDownloader 2. This program allows to download even Gofile with reached limit.

Thats usually an script/RPA error. Seems like either the rpa with the scripts is broken/not existent or script(s) are missing. Try unpack again. If that won't work need to redownload.
