I was able to change the resolution to custom 21:9 one on a regular 16:9 monitor and launch the patreon version using the Nvidia control panel.

To do so open Nvidia control panel, go to "Change resolution" tab, click "Customize..." button and then click "Create custom resolution" and enter 1918 by 822 or whatever.

After that launch the game, bypass the login screen and change the resolution back while keeping the game fullscreen (or it will stay in 21:9)

Tried this out and it worked like a charm, you're a genius. going to update my instructions now, I will credit you of course.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

unfortunately my Patreon login bypass method only works for ultra wide monitors because of the extra screen space showing the in-game menu next to the login popup and as I have tested it with both 21:9 and 16:9, the 16:9 resolutions were unable to show the in-game menu thus preventing them from leaving the DRM screen. Hoping some saint here can crack it by then.


To bypass the Patreon log in screen with a 21:9 Monitor press esc and the game menu will partially show. Then press the LAST OPTION (Main Menu) and the login menu will disappear and you can play the game normally.

Unfortunately you will have to redo this every time you boot up the game unless someone else can find a better workaround.

Update
did some more testing and refined the bypass method to make it even more simple (turns out you don't need to play without internet) HOWEVER you will still need a 21:9 monitor to see the actual menu besides the DRM screen until someone cracks it.

My decision. Change in the file C:\Users \****\AppData\Local\Yuna\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEdito\GameUserSettings the screen resolution corresponding to 21:9, for me it is replacing "2560x1440" with "2560x1080", and press Alt+Enter in the game

After some quick googling I found out that one might be able to set the custom res on AMD using AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition and Intel using Intel HD Graphics Control Panel. (google the details yourselves)

Though I don't own these cards, so I can't check if it works.

Thanks to the help of Wadodem your monitors aspect ratio does not matter anymore just follow their instructions and you'll be good to go at-least for Nvidia gpus until I can add instructions for AMD and Intel gpus.

I haven’t experienced that myself. I added warnings—it’s better to practice on a save file with the arena.

For me (using a 51" TV as my main monitor) the nvidia resolution change didnt work. The TV just went black and couldnt deal with it. But i found a workaround.
As above mentioned i went to the config and changed the resolution to 2560x1080.
The way to do this is:
1. open the public version and change your display do "windowed"
2. go to C:\Users \****\AppData\Local\Yuna\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and open the "GameUserSettings.ini"
3. change the lines
"ResolutionSizeX=2560"
"ResolutionSizeY=1440" -> 1080
"LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeX=2560"
"LastUserConfirmedResolutionSizeY=1440" -> 1080
4. Start the patreon version of the game. It should now be in 21:9

6. Now just hit "alt + enter" and its back in fullscreen.

A simpler way to do it is to open cmd or PowerShell in game folder and run exe with parameters like:

.\Yuna.exe -ResX=1918 -ResY=882 -WINDOWED

Man. This tattoo system is annoying to me. Pictures just warp around the model like crazy sometimes. almost impossible to get lines to line up around the body. Anyone any tips or tricks?

I recommend you find real tattoos printed on the skin, remove the background to put the white, it gives a very real effect

Well, originally it just wouldn't open the part where I could click on the Menu when I pushed Escape, weirdly I tried it again later and now it did... dunno, yeh, well, works I guess, just kinda weird with my PC DD
