So I can't find Blackfire anywhere. I think she went off world at some point, is there any way to get her back?

If Blackfire isn't showing up while looking for trouble on the telescope, you made the choice to "let her go" and pursue the love route Mity hasn't added to the game yet after returning from the alien planet. You'll have to either go back to that step and not make that choice or load up a save from someone else who kept her in the cage

On build 18Titans v1.5.2 Marty said this:

"Second. In a past build you could semi-perma remove Blackfire. I retroactively removed that while still remembering the choice of players who did. So if she was gone, she's back now and you can fight her again and give her a flyer if needed, but you should already have (just) enough girls, even without her."

Seems so you should be able to get blackfire back on new builds.
