I've noticed with this particular game that the pictures look higher quality when you're playing the game compared to the extracted images from archive.rpa (I always extract so I don't miss anything lol), just curious, but how does that work?
For example I took a screenshot just to compare and it came out in PNG with a much bigger size and dimensions and more clearer compared to the standard 1920x1080.
Is that something Ren'Py specific does or I just haven't noticed it before?

Darell is already doing that on the happy cuckold path Nat apologizes to Ethan and tells him darell was horny thats why he was there. She was nervous that Ethan would get mad. So Darrell in a way has already claimed her pussy for his release. No matter what path you are on Darrell has claimed her its no longer about them its about her.
This is more than the author is making mosg of the scenes for multiple paths and writing through story after. It's more work to also render edits to the scene to include Ethan like he did with their hotel scene. It's more work for the same money so he won't do it. It's all about efficiency and his majority fans wants to see Ethan out of the story at this point.

I agree to a point but the story is about a couple to kick Ethan out of the story and continue without him makes no sense. If that situation happens it should happen at the end same way it happened to Nat. To cut either one of them out of the story before the end would be stupid.

Where are you getting this "majority fans want to see Ethan out" from? I don't get that impression at all from the comments on his patreon posts.
Besides that, kicking him out would be antithetical to the premise of the game; A Couple's Duet of Love and Lust.
In the context of the story it makes no sense yes, outside the greater context of the author working on the game it makes all the sense. I'm assuming the more rabid fans just wanna see a black dude steal a white dudes wife so as long as he reminds him there's a depressed cuck husband being the butt of the joke they'll be satisfied, and they pay the bill.
Until paying supporters in a majority insist on a more couple focused story or else they take their support elsewhere, this is what they are paying for.

As a paying member, I don't see overwhelming support for Darrel completely replacing Ethan, it's somewhat evenly divided between the routes, but from what I can tell Jenna's route is not anyone's favorite. Darrel will continue to be a mainstay as is Peter and Jenna, and the side stories will add some spicey encounters along the way.
