To get to this path you need to do a lot of bullshit. Follow Nat to the gym but don't get caught peeking by Darrel or make a scene. This assures you don't meet Riya. Be suspicious without confronting Nat. Go to Darrel's gym and see everybody looking at Darrel's blog. Find the picture of Nat in the blog. Confront Nat and Darrel in the park. Show Nat the blog. As Nat, make the decision to go home with Ethan instead of trusting Darrel. Have Ethan kick her out anyway. When Ethan meets Riya again at the gym, ignore her and let her be sexually harassed. Eventually, Nat comes crawling back and you get that scene. It isn't the only way to get that scene, but there are a lot of conditions that need to be met or you get any of a number of alternate scenes. One you can get but I haven't got as yet is the one where Nat and Jenna femdom top and tag team Ethan to force him to accept her back in the house.
Got to admit like the jenna endings more than the darell due to the different impact. Darell scenes are just same sex scene worded differently and 2 scenes with ethan. Jennas scenes were different and more emotionally impactful.

These paths will eventually be developed, but it seems that the dev has a bias toward creating scenes that can be used in multiple paths. I don't really blame them, because that gives the greatest chance to make the greatest amount of people happy since everyone seems to have their pet route.
I couldn't agree more, this route is one of my fav. The only problem I have with this route is that I personally don't see how it can develop any further, Ethan is moving on and Nat realized that they no longer have a chance of getting back together. So I don't know how KingB is going to keep this route interesting.
