A site membership not sure why you'd need one you can get all the games for free if you look in the right places and in terms of news the blog hasn't been updated since the end of last month.

Especially now a membership access is useless, since chaotic won't work on a new game this year (maybe even retiring completely) and dsp3000 being in no mental state to continue his academy series. There's still MrStomper I know, but I assume porn games aren't his main focus either.
Personally, I don't expect any release on this site for 2020, bar the January release of Crystal part 3 obviously.
